For every person with a family member or friend who has an intellectual disability, Special Olympics Colorado is a symbol of hope. That's because the movement's year-round program of sports training and athletic competition gives Special Olympics athletes the chance to test their courage, show their determination and build their self-esteem.

SOCO’s Hall of Fame honors those individuals and organizations who truly exemplify the spirit of Special Olympics Colorado. Each year, Outstanding athletes, coaches, volunteers and others are recognized at the local level. Finalists from seven areas of the state are advanced for final consideration for the Hall of Fame. Winners are recognized for their contributions to Special Olympics Colorado at the Hall of Fame event.
