What do coaches need to turn in?

What you need to have turned in:

  • Coach Roster
  • Entry Forms

You can find these at:

http://www.specialolympicsco.org/coach-handbook-sport/

NEW!!! Online Athlete Medical/Application

Online Med/App: http://www.specialolympicsco.org/athletes-and-families/register/

To note: Whoever fills out the form will get the entire medical sent back to them via email so they always have it. If they know their coach’s email, it will be sent to the coach. If they put in multiple coaches, all coaches will receive it.  If they don’t know their coaches email, it will be sent to the corresponding Regional Manager and you can forward to the coach.

Also, Regional Managers will get a notification if the athlete doesn’t want us to use picture. Having this online should drastically cut down on the number of incomplete medicals probably by 95%.
