The Special Olympics Colorado Plane Pull presented by SUBWAY Restaurants is a giant tug-of-war between a team of up to 25 people and a 164,000-pound airplane. This Plane Pull will take place at the Denver International Airport, one of the world’s largest airports.
Teams challenge each other to pull a jumbo jet 12 feet across the tarmac in the least amount of time! Teams must raise a minimum of $1,250 to participate and all proceeds help Special Olympics Colorado provide year-round training and athletic competition to thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities across the state of Colorado.
**DAY OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-SITE, AUGUST 12, 2017 FROM 9AM-11AM. DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH SEPT. 1ST**
Highlights of this Special Olympics Colorado benefit will include exciting exhibits, vendors, food & entertainment for all!
Prizes will be awarded to the fastest team, slowest team, best dressed team, top team & individuals fundraisers, and fastest LETR team. Top fundraisers will be determined based on totals as of Friday, August 11, at 3:00 p.m.
